Dr. Yacoob and all of the staff who did my wisdom teeth removal surgery were amazing. I was extremely nervous leading up to it, but when I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the kind staff at the front. They made some light banter which helped me to get my mind off of my nerves. From the time I stepped inside, to the time I was asleep from IV sedation, it was maybe 10 minutes.
The people who helped get me ready and put in the IV were some of the most talented dental professionals I’ve had. I usually am freaking out when I get any type of needle out in my arm, but they kept me calm with a good conversation. When it was time for the IV to go in, they gave me cooling spray and were so well organized with their hands that I barely felt it go in.
Next thing I knew, I woke up and was taken out to my partner’s car. The staff gave me ice cream, and even gave my partner some when I asked if she could have some too (I was loopy, but they didn’t dismiss me at all). They sent me home with a bag full of cool stuff, including an ice pack that wraps around my head - it’s been a total life saver. I can definitely tell that the staff was talented, because it’s only day 2 of my recovery, and I am in minimal pain and the extraction sights are extremely clean.
I would recommend Precision to anyone! They were also the most affordable option, which was surprising considering how nice the office and staff were! If I could give more stars I would!
