Dr Bial and his team did a great job with all uper teeth removed. I was really nervous Kaydee Vigil was great at answering questions and concerns before surgery. And I had alot of questions. The surgery wasn't as painful as I was expecting, precision oral surgery sent me home with lots of supplies guaze for the first few days of bleeding, a great variety of soft foods instant mashed potatoes, protein drinks, soups, jello, mac and cheese these items helped alot a water pic, and more. Water pic I'm still getting used to, it was a bit painful when I started with it, using water pik in shower is easier for me. Salt water rinses are great. Dr Bial got me in fast when I had a concern which turned out to be not a big deal, I really appreciated the quick response. Surgery about 6 weeks ago getting used to soft food,food grinder and blender are my best friends, my husband is a great cook and has been creative on liquifing meals for me. Glad I had the teeth removed can't wait to have a cheeseburger.

A couple of days ago, I had my very first appointment with Dr. Bial and his staff. What an absolutely amazing experience! From Amanda at the front desk to Macy (Sorry if I spelled that wrong!), to each and every staff member, I was treated with such kindness and respect. Dr. Bial was absolutely knowledgeable, professional, and yet so very kind-hearted. I cannot recommend them enough - They all are truly an answer to prayer.

Thank you so much for the excellent quality of care. One of our family members had several conditions that could have made the situation quite serious. This the entire staff helped in so many ways to make this a good experience. I couldn't recommend them more. We had very good experience.

Two of my sons had their wisdom teeth removed here. Both of their recoveries went extremely well, with very little swelling.

My daughter recently had her third molars removed by Dr. Burnham. On day four post-surgery, she is recovering nicely and is experiencing minimal pain and discomfort. The techniques Dr. Burnham uses to minimize postoperative pain and discomfort are phenomenal! I highly recommend anyone needing oral surgery procedures to schedule with Dr. Burnham. Kudos to all of the staff as well!

From the moment we walked into Precision Oral Surgery, we felt welcomed. The office is calm, inviting, spotless, and they ran right on schedule, getting us back almost immediately.

Vanessa was the first person we met, and she immediately put us at ease. She was incredibly kind, explained the timeline for my husband's All-on-X (full arch implant bridge) treatment, and answered our questions thoroughly. Even though I work in the dental field, she taught me several new things and made the entire process easy to understand. We already have a running inside joke and she feels like a dear friend.

Dr. Blake Ballinger has an exceptional chairside manner. He took the time to explain everything in detail and left us feeling informed, hopeful, and genuinely excited to move forward. Rather than focusing on obstacles like bone loss, he emphasized the solutions available with today's technology and made us feel confident that we were in excellent hands.

Ariana walked us through multiple financing options and made what initially felt like an overwhelming investment seem achievable. I especially appreciated that their treatment is coordinated with a local restorative dental partner (Creekside Premier Dental), making the entire process seamless. Having one payment plan that covers both the oral surgeon and dentist simplifies everything and takes away so much stress.

We left feeling encouraged, cared for, and excited to begin this journey. If you're considering All-on-X treatment, I highly recommend Precision Oral Surgery. I'll be back to update my review once my husband's treatment is complete, but based on our consultation experience alone, we couldn't be more impressed.

This was a very comfortable experience. Any apprehension I felt going in was totally dispelled during the procedure. Any dental procedure is not fun but this office goes out of their way to make it as comfortable as possible. I was impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the staff including Dr. Burnham.

My initial consultation was smooth, details provided and the entire office from the front office staff, hygienist to meeting the Dr was wonderful! He was so sweet and informative. I’ve had a very pleasant experience here. The staff always called me back almost immediately after submitting any questions via email about my procedure, and Dr. Ballenger did a great job with the extraction. He was very accommodating during and after the procedure with answering any questions. I have extremely minimal pain/symptoms and was in and out of the office very quickly.
