Very professional, efficient and friendly.

I was in need of immediate attention due to a cracked tooth. Saw me right away and scheduled extraction. Very personal service and I would highly recommend Precision Oral.

Dr. Yacoob and his staff was amazing and have me in and out within an hour after a couple extraction's. A few days later I had some discomfort and called in and they saw me within an hour and got me taken care. Very smooth operation and kind staff

If nothing else, the sawg bag is on point! However, the whole experience was like a first class seat in wisdom tooth extraction. Something that can be anxiety provoking and painful, was made to feel like a breeze. Dr. Bial and his team were incredible and made me feel at ease. As someone who is hypermobile and has teeth and jaw issues, I had minimal pain and swelling (which is saying something). From the minute I walked in, I felt taken care of.

I had multiple quotes from other places that took weeks to get a treatment plan together. Precision Oral gave me a treatment plan on the spot during my consultation. They worked with my difficulty schedule and were understanding when I had to reschedule. Finacial department was great, she sent me multiple quotes and sent out a pre authorization to my insurance for me. Everything was super clean and presentable. The procedure was easy and they took great care of me. Later that evening I had the doctor who did the procedure call me and check in on me which was great. I'm a guy and never received flowers before, but the office even sent me flowers to my house a few days after. Overall 10 out of 10 stars. Highly recommend

Very good experience. I was extremely nervous and everyone was so understanding. I used IV sedation for my procedure and my experience was amazing. Would definitely recommend and come back if I had to. Thank you to Dr. Ballenger and his team!!

I highly recommend Precision Oral Surgery! I had a nonsurgical wisdom teeth extraction and it was a breeze. The entire staff is caring and friendly. Nurse Kelsey is awesome and helped me get through some anxiety with compassion and dignity. Dr. Ballenger was great; I felt comfortable, reassured, and cared for during the consultation and actual procedure. They provided a fabulous aftercare bag with clear and detailed instructions, all the items you need, and ice cream!! They let me take my teeth home too. My husband told me I was very concerned about getting my teeth and ice cream during check out and the staff made sure I had it all and helped me in get into the car (I dont remember this because I was still a little loopy lol). If you need oral surgery, this is the place to go.

Dr. Burnham and his team were very professional and treated me so kindly. I’ve never been to an office to this caliber, from the front end to the back of house. I would highly recommend them. I received a call from the doctor that evening and to my surprise a vase of flowers were delivered that same day! I’d give them a 10 out of 10!

I was referred to Precision Oral for an emergency tooth extraction/bone graft. They got me in quickly. The experience from scheduling to check in, surgery and then the doctor follow up visit was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. No more pain!!
