I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ballenger and his entire oral surgery team! My dad underwent a very extensive and complicated surgery and Dr. Ballenger and his team made the entire process seem effortless. The level of coordination between Dr. Ballenger’s office, the CRNA (Chelsey), and the prosthodontist was truly unmatched. Every detail was handled seamlessly and everyone involved demonstrated such a high level of professionalism, care, and genuine compassion for my dad. Coming from a dental background myself, I knew how important it was to make sure my dad was in the best possible hands. I had high expectations and I can confidently say they were exceeded in every way. He is an exceptional clinician, as is Dr. Burnham, and the entire team reflects that same commitment to excellence. I also want to give special recognition to Chelsey, our CRNA, for the incredible care (and post-op care) she provided. What stood out to me most was that despite the complexity of the surgery, the team never lost sight of the person they were caring for. My dad was treated with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion throughout the entire experience. As both a daughter and someone who works in the dental industry, I couldn’t be more grateful. There is no one else I would have rather entrusted with my dad’s care. I would recommend Dr. Ballenger and his team without hesitation!

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Yacoob and the entire team at Precision Oral Surgery for my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal! Working in the dental field myself, I tend to have pretty high expectations when it comes to dental offices, and I can honestly say I was very impressed! I firmly believe that a great practice is about so much more than just a great doctor. The staff and the overall patient experience are just as important, and this team truly delivered. Everyone we encountered was professional, friendly, and thorough. The staff took the time to carefully explain the post-operative instructions and made sure we knew exactly what to expect and how to care for my daughter afterward. That level of communication and attention to detail means so much, especially as a parent. It’s clear that Dr. Yacoob has a wonderful team around him. From one dental professional to another, I truly appreciate the care and professionalism we experienced. Highly recommend!

Wow, this place was incredible! Dr. Burnham, Yas, and the front desk staff were all kind, down to earth, and welcoming. There was absolutely no judgment about my situation or about why I had waited so long to see someone. From the moment I called asking for an urgent appointment, they made me feel supported and genuinely taken care of. If I had known the process would be this easy, I would not have waited so long to have my wisdom teeth extracted. I can’t speak highly enough of Precision, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.

Hands down best experience at a dentists office in my life. I have very high anxiety and was freaking out before the surgery. The nurse continued to explain the process and check in, rubbed my shoulder during the procedure, and continued checking in while they were cleaning and finishing up. Doctor Burnham was calm, continued to check in, saw I was panicking in the middle of the surgery and put a heart monitor on me and oxygen which calmed me down instantly 🖤 they even hooked it with the best after care including dairy free ice cream (cannot have the milk sadly). Highly recommend to anyone, from the front desk, scheduling, nurses and doctors.
